Hello Ladies!! My name is Aayushi Sharma but many know me as Roma, I’ve been a freelance makeup artist for over 5+ years. I started in healthcare as a medical assistant / phlebotomist working full time at Robert wood Johnson but soon realized I’m losing interest. It was not long after that I told myself I want to follow my dreams of becoming a licensed skilled professional cosmetologist, fast forward I am now enrolled in a cosmetology program to expand my skills and horizon. My passion for art started as a little girl watching her aunt run her salon and meet amazing people along the way which inspired me to follow her footsteps. Being a makeup artist is more than just enhancing someone’s exterior, it’s helping to reveal that person’s inner confidence. Makeup can feel very empowering for people, and I love to be a part of one’s self-discovery. Beauty is really about self-expression and self-acceptance. We are all beautiful and that should be celebrated!!!
